The S4 hydraulic headbox with dilution control provides the highest standards of web formation and CD basis weight profiles whatever the fiber types and mixes and for any grade of paper : specialty, graphic and containerboard. Its modular technology combines proven technologies with the latest developments performed on our pilot plant. Its design is suitable for low and high basis weights. Pulsation generated in the short circulation system can be dampened by different technologies depending on the process and operational parameters of the production line.
