ALLIMAND ORGANIZATION CHANGE

We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Simon CENA to CEO position of Allimand.

As a reminder Simon joined Allimand as a PhD student in 1993 and completed his PhD in 1997. He took the position of project manager in 1995. As examples he was responsible for the project follow-up and the commissioning of several complete paper machines such as Taishan PM1 in 2003 (first Allimand machine equipped with top former, single tier dryer, reaching 1000m/min) and several important rebuilds such as Smurfit Kappa Facture PM5 in 2006 (first Allimand tandem shoe press).

He then took the responsibility of CTO for 5 years and was promoted to the position of vice-CEO in 2010.

Simon’s appointment marks a well-deserved milestone in his successful career, and we ensure him of our full confidence in leading next development and accomplishment for Allimand.
