A-SOFT CALANDER

The final paper processing for ultimate quality

Depending on the grade requirements, the A-Soft calander could bring smoothness, micro-smoothness, gloss or caliper calibration. It could be combined with a steam box for enhanced properties and/or with a caliper profiling system. The configuration is either with a single nip, or with a double nip back-to back framing or with a stack module. Load pressure could be up to 450 kN/m and the thermo roll temperature up to 250°C.
