In order to ensure manufacturing and delivery of State-of-the-Art equipment, ALLIMAND has regrouped all specialized trades.
Design
A powerful design office comprised of engineers and technicians specializing in Computer-Assisted Design of paper machines.
Structure calculation stations (finite elements calculation) and 3D and design stations allow high design optimization. An engineering section, an automation and hydraulics department.
Manufacturing
ALLIMAND has developed suitable resources and production tools to achieve total control of its manufacturing processes.
CAPM (Computer-Assisted Production Management).
• A high capacity NC machine-tool fleet in large machining and assembly workshops.
• Stainless steel mechanized welding workshop.
• A foundry, capable of casting single-piece components of 50 ton weight, and more than 9 meters long.
• ISO 9001 Certification, Version 2000.
• Certification: ECC, ASME (USA), SQLO (China) for pressurized equipment.
Production workshop
The ALLIMAND site includes production workshops, notably equipped with, a high technology, high capacity machine-tool fleet.
• A mechanized welding workshop specializing in stainless steel component manufacturing.
• Test platforms for suction cylinders, suction presses, variable dome curvature rollers.
• Two assembly halls allowing pre-assembly of our products with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical sleeving, as well as operating cycle tests and controls.
